Worst haircut I have ever received. Extremely rushed even though this was booked in advance and no care taken in cutting the hair.Went to Hair by Andy & Bee for the first time given the positive reviews on Google. I asked for a trim and face framing curtain bangs, I received an express 15 minute cut, I expressed concerns that a lot of the cuts were uneven and not blended, but was dismissed and rushed out.Would not trust this place for a cut and will not be returning. Truly shoddy work for 20 years experience…

I was recommended to Andreia after seeing her work on someone for myself and had my first appointment today, and it was definitely the first of many!Andreia fit me in at a super convenient time, she had my hair done in LITERALLY half the time every other salon has previously, she was friendly, and SO reasonable! Tonight a lady in my building complimented my hair and asked me for Andreia's contact details! It just goes to show that her work speaks for itself, and I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I first discovered Andrea’s salon about two years ago, and I haven’t looked back since. She’s a fantastic cutter and her colourist skills are always on point — I usually get a full head of blonde foils, and they always come out as a gorgeous, clean and expensive looking shade. She’s efficient, reasonably priced, and a lovely soul to boot. Highly recommend!

250$ spent - Not worth itI had my hair lightened (foils) and toned by Andreia, and the result was not what I asked for. When I made my appointment, I said I want the blonde to be toned darker and that I have ~7cm of dark brown roots - which is a lot to do in one session. She said she can do all that for me. At the appointment, my problems were that 1. I asked 2 or 3 questions about how the procedure and every time it seemed to bother her, 2. A. told me that (all of a sudden) toner cannot darken the shade of blonde - when it was already too late and the result was way lighter than what I wanted, 3. She went on to explain to me how toners work in a way that I found condescending, 4. I've been getting my hair bleached for over 5 years and this is the worst blend at the roots ever.At the end of the appointment, I grabbed my stuff and was getting up, she had abruptly turned her back towards me and I'm pretty sure if I hadn't initiated saying goodbye, she would've ignored my leaving the salon.It was not worth 250$! A 250$ hair treatment is supposed to be immaculate!Apart from that, genuinely friendly & proactive service can really elevate how a customer sees the value of what they pay for - that was not my experience here.

I had come to this place only once with my sister and our hair turned out really bad for what was not worth paid for. Andreia can be polite and genuine but her ability to customer expectation is not professional and unsatisfactory. Overall to those who is looking for better service and better experience. I have literally never had a haircut I liked until today. This has to have been the easiest appointment I’ve ever had. I seriously still cannot get over how lovely my experience today was. I get quite socially anxious and awkward, but the conversation seemed so easy, the haircut was exactly what I wanted and the advice passed on was super appreciated. Andrea and Britney are friendly, professional, efficient, understanding (and the list goes on)... I was a bit nervous initially since I've never had my hair coloured this way, ever (bleached and unusually coloured). Andrea took great care of my hair, gave me wonderful vibrant colours yet stood on her ground not to let my hair damaged. It was a great experience.
